Aquesta estrat\u00e8gia no nom\u00e9s millora la capacitat d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 associada amb millors resultats en salut mental i benestar general.<\/p><p>En aquest article, explorarem qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;afrontament actiu, els seus beneficis i algunes estrat\u00e8gies pr\u00e0ctiques que poden ser implementades en la vida quotidiana per a manejar millor l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i les situacions desafiadores.<\/p><h3><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3><h3><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s l&#8217;Afrontament Actiu?<\/strong><\/h3><p>L&#8217;afrontament actiu es refereix a un conjunt de conductes i actituds que les persones emprenen per a enfrontar de manera directa i constructiva els desafiaments i problemes que es presenten en la seva vida.
